Mrs. Willie Mae Phillips Taylor, 80, of Greenville, South Carolina, widow of the late Claude Douglas Taylor, passed away on Monday, November 27, 2023, at St. Francis Hospital, Downtown. Born in Newberry, South Carolina, she was a daughter of the late Willie Mack and Evelyn Wilson Phillips.
Surviving: one daughter, Geraldine Phillips (Richard Bruce) of Greenville, SC; two sisters, Doris Lortman of Washington, DC and Ethleha (Richard) Glasglow of Newberry, SC; two brothers, Frank (Eula Mae) Phillips and Charles Phillips both of Greenville, SC; a special friend, Lee Dawkins of Greenville, SC; six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services: Wednesday, December 6, 2023, 2:00pm, at Watkins Garrett & Woods Mortuary, with interment in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
