Mrs. Willie Mae Mayes, affectionately known as "Aunt Rachel", 95, of 215 Sullivan Street, passed away on Thursday, August 15, 2013 at her home.
Left to cherish loving memories is her granddaughter, Perita Shumate; grandson, Horace M. Shumate, Jr.; three great-grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren; son-in-law, Horace M. Shumate, Sr.; caregiver and devoted friend, Cyndi Morris of the home.
