Mrs. Willie Bell Davis, 84, of 11 Waters Avenue, and formerly of 7 Mission Street, passed away on Monday, May 19, 2014 at her home. Born in Newberry County, she was the daughter of the late Willie and Minnie Lee Stevenson. She was predeceased by a brother; John Wesley Stevenson: daughter; Willie Mae Bonaparte: and a grandson; Dr. Stanley Lee Davis. She loved gardening and caring for children.
Left to cherish her memories: daughters; Rosetta Lloyd and Norma Jean (Oscar) Davis of Greenville: sons; Tom Wallace (Lois) Davis, Jr. and John Willie Davis, both of Greenville: sister; Jessie Mae Mendenhall of Newberry: sixteen grandchildren: eighteen great-grandchildren: and one great-great grandchild.
Funeral Service: Saturday, May 24, 2014, 1:00 PM at Tabernacle Baptist Church, with burial in the Bush River Baptist Church Cemetery, Newberry, SC.
