Mr. William Felton “Blue” Evans, 60, of Greenville, SC, passed away on Thursday, January 14, 2016, at his home. He was born on September 20, 1955, and was a son of the late William Murray Evans and Ethel Pearl Yeargin Evans.
He was a graduate of Wade Hampton High School and was employed by PYA Monarch as a forklift driver. “Blue” attended Mt. Emmanuel Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Pauline Evans, and a brother, Clarence Edward Evans.
He is survived by his brothers, Curtis Evans of New Haven, CT, Steve Evans of Jamaica, NY and Anthony Julius Evans of Greenville, SC; sisters, Maxine Glover, Jerline (Leroy) Moore, Jeanette (James) McGee, Joyce (Frank) Jones and Tammy (Ben) Long, all of Greenville, SC and a host of other relatives and friends.
