Mrs. Virginia Peterson, 96, formerly of 105 Gettsburg Drive, passed away on Sunday, August 18, 2013 at McCall Hospice House. Born in Greenville, she was the daughter of the late John and Kimmie Blassingame Hardman.
Left to cherish loving memories is her daughter, Carolyn (William) Brockman of Greenville; five grandhildren, three raised in the home, Sonya Gordon, Edward Gordon, both of Greenville, and Rev. Harold G. Gordon of N. Charleston; Angela (Raymond) Carter, of Orlando, FL, and Devon (Stacy) Strawder of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; and a host of great-grandchildren.
