Mrs. Virginia L. Basey Holmes, 87, of Greenville, South Carolina, wife of the late Thomas C. Holmes, passed away Friday, December 29, 2023, at St. Francis Downtown. She was a daughter of the late Robert Bob Basey and Emma Trimble Basey.
Surviving: one daughter, Cheryl L. Holmes of Greenville, SC; one son, Michael T. Holmes of Greenville, SC; eight grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.
The family will be receiving friends and family at 14 Fern Valley Lane, Greenville SC 29611.
Funeral Services: Saturday, January 13, 2024, 1:00pm, at Greater Mt. Calvary Baptist Church, with interment in Church Cemetery, Greenville SC.
