Mrs. Virginia Thomason Washington Golden, 90, of Greenville, South Carolina, widow, of the late Sam Golden, passed away Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at Patewood Post Acute. Born in Greenville County, she was a daughter of the late V. Avery and Nancy Thomas Thomason.
Surviving: seven sisters, Joella T. Scott of Greenville, SC, Sarah T. Griffin of Greenville, Laura T. Skinner of Taylors, SC, Jurline T. Sims of Wake Forest, NC, Dorothy Thomason of Greenville, SC, Roberta (Charles) Dawkins of Simpsonville, SC and Carolyn T. (Randall) Booker of Greenville, SC; one brother, Alfred R. Thomason of Dayton, OH; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services: Friday, July 5, 2024, 1:00pm at Watkins, Garrett and Woods Mortuary with interment in Greenville Memorial Gardens
