Mr. Ulysses Moore, 79, of Greenville, South Carolina, passed on Friday April 15, 2022, at his residence. Born in Greenville County, he was a son of the late Fred T. and Sadie Mae Oliphant Moore. He was the husband of Sheila Dianne Jackson Moore for 38 years. Mr. Moore retired from the US Army.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Francina Grant of Greenville, SC, and Jacqueline (Pernell) Franklin of Fayetteville, NC; two sons, Markus U. (Alisa) Moore and David Ezell Henry, Jr. (Wanda Martin) of Laurens, SC; one sister, Maxine Moore of Greenville, SC; one brother Leroy (Gerline) Moore of Greenville, SC; sixteen grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Graveside Service: Saturday, April 23, 2022, 11:00am, at Greenville Memorial Gardens.
