Mrs. Tracy Yvette Scott Washington, 58, of Simpsonville, South Carolina, wife of Napoleon Francis Washington for 17 ½ years, passed away Tuesday, May 14, 2024, at Upstate Community Hospice House. Born in Lorient, France, she was a daughter of Donald “Emory” and Janette S. Donald Scott.
In addition to her husband and parents, she is survived by two daughters, Sydney Washington and Aliyah Washington of the home; one brother, Gregory (Cheryl) Scott of Greenville, SC; and a host of other relatives and friends.
