Thomas Moore

Mr. Thomas “Tompie” Moore, 69, of Greenville, South Carolina, passed on Wednesday, November 1, 2017, at his home. Born in Greenville County, he was a son of the late Clay Moore and Lillian Jackson.

“Tompie” was educated in the Greenville County School System and was a retired brick mason. He was of the Baptist faith.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Kenneth “Teddy Bear” Jackson and a sister, Velma Young.

Left to cherish many fond memories are his daughter, Masuncha Bussey of Camden; a stepdaughter, Carolyn (James) Johnson of Piedmont; sons, Thomas (Carol) Walker of Pelzer and Anthony (Shannon) Walker of Mauldin; stepson, James Anthony Copeland of Greenville; brother, Roy Lee Jackson of Greenville; fifteen grandchildren; twenty-five great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
