Prophetess Shuntzie Jearn Smith Poole, 68, of Taylors, South Carolina, the wife of Anthony Jerome Poole for 22 years, passed away Sunday, December 24, 2023, at Prisma Health, Greer, South Carolina. She was a daughter of the late Walter C. and Vernette Mahaffey Smith.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by one daughter, Pepper (Gregory) Peterson of Greer, SC; two sisters, Melgie Porter of Rock Hill, SC, and Glynis (Robert Louis) Webb of Ft. Inn, SC; one brother, Michael (Brenda) Smith of Leesville, LA; five grandchildren, Vivica, Leilani, Kelli, Ashton, and Aidan Townsend; nieces; nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services: Tuesday, Janury 9, 2024, 11:00am, at Watkins Garrett & Woods Mortuary, with interment in M.J. Dolly Cooper Veterans Cemetery, Anderson, SC.
