Ms. Shiri Latonya Jones

Ms. Shiri Latonya Jones 46, of Greenville, South Carolina, transitioned on Friday August 8, 2025 at Prisma Health Greenville Memorial Hospital. Born in Greenville County; she was the daughter of Jeanette Jones and the late David Statin.

Surviving: in addition to her mother, her bonus father who reared in the home, Johnny Salter, of Greenville, SC; two daughters, Tiquashia Walker and Tiyah Jones, both of Greenville, SC; five sons, Tyquavious Burdine, Tycorje Jones, Tyje McKinney, Tyje’lin Jones, and Tyyez Carter, all of Greenville, SC; five sisters, Shakeeta (Kevin) Moultrie, of Greenville, SC; Erica Statin, of Detroit MI; Kelly Kennedy, of Charlotte, NC; Patricia Jones, of Detroit, MI; and Tina Henderson, of Greenville, SC; one brother, Khalik Statin, of Detroit, MI; preceded in death by one brother, Tyje'vious Jones, two grandchildren, Kinxston Burdine and Nehemiah Burdine, both of Greenville, SC; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services: Friday, August 22, 2025, 2:00pm, at Watkins Garrett & Woods Mortuary, with interment in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
