Ms. Sarah Allen

Ms. Sarah Allen 87, transitioned on Saturday November 1, 2025 at her residence. Born in Anderson County, she was the daughter of the late Louis Whitner and Bessie Bowens Whitner.

Surviving: two sons, Johnny (Samada) Tutt, of Charlotte, NC; Michael (Tonya) Allen, of Queens, NY; two sisters, Georgia Whitner and Genevieve Holliday, both of Greenville, SC; ten grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, six great-great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services: Monday, November 17, 2025, 2:00pm, at Watkins Garrett & Woods Mortuary, with interment private.
