Mr. Ronnie “MusRat” Billups, 64, of Greenville, South Carolina, passed on Thursday, November 15, 2018, at St. Francis Hospital, Downtown. He was a son of the late Moses and Myrtle Hill Billups.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Moses Billups, Jr.; and two sisters, Jeanette Poole and Brenda Lee Billups.
Surviving are two brothers, John Billups and Charles Billups, both of Greenville, SC; and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
