Ronald Delane LaVell Thompson

Mr. Ronald Delane LaVell Thompson “Beanie”, 52, of Piedmont, South Carolina, husband of Gail Dennis Thompson, passed away Thursday May 9, 2024, at St. Francis Hospital Downtown. He is the son of Annie Grace Thompson Broughton and Ronald T. Williams.

Surviving: his mother, Pastor Annie Grace Thompson (George) Broughton; father, Ronald T. Williams; one daughter, ShaRonna (Duran) Griffin of Piedmont, SC; one son, LaRon Dendy of Tennessee; seven brothers, Israel Pickens of Greenville, SC, Elder Dennis (Angela) Potlow, Fredrick McGowan, Theodis Williams, Bradford Williams, De’Andre Williams and Middleton Williams; four sisters, Kimberly Belcher and Ginny (Joseph) Williams both of Atlanta, GA, Toni Fuller and Willena (Zachary) Vance both of Greenville, SC; eight grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. 

Funeral Services: Sunday, May 19, 2024, 4:00pm, at Watkins Garrett & Woods Mortuary, with interment private.
