Mr. Ronald Alvestia Carter, 58, formerly of Pelzer and currently of Easley, passed away on Sunday, April, 19, 2015 at his home. Born in Washington, DC, he was the son of the late Robert and Edna Brock Carter.
Left to cherish his memories: wife, Veola Carter of the home; son, Leo (Valerie) Clarady of Pelzer; daughter, Sunshine (Tracy) Gantt of Easley; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation: Monday, April 27, 2015, 2:00 - 3:00 PM at Shady Grove Baptist Church, 140 New Shady Grove Baptist Church Road, Pelzer.
Funeral Service: Monday, April 27, 2015, 3:00 PM at Shady Grove Baptist
Church, with burial in the church cemetery.
