Mr. Robert Hamilton, 78, of 1102 Antioch Church Road, passed away on Tuesday December 9, 2014, at Greenville Memorial Hospital. Born in Lincolnton, GA, he was the son of the late Willie and Mamie Hampton.
Surviving: wife, Betty Hamilton of the home: daughters; Ann Cockerham of Kannapolis, NC, Lois Hamilton of Concord, NC: stepdaughters; Shirley Sullivan and Teresa Robinson, both of Greenville: sons; Larry Eugene Whittenberg and Jerry (Shereen) Hamilton, both of Concord, NC: stepsons; Charles Robinson of Knoxville, TN, Ronnie Lee Holcomb, James Robinson, Jr., Michael Robinson, Roscoe Robinson, Curtis Robinson, Keith (Lynn) Robinson, all of Greenville: brother; Homer Hamilton of Greenville: seventeen grandchildren: twenty-two great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services: Sunday, December 14, 2014, 2:00 PM at Fairfield United Methodist Church, Piedmont, with burial in the church cemetery.
