Mr. Otis “Polk” Smith, Jr., 67, of Greenville, passed on Wednesday, June 16, 2021. He was the son of the late Otis, Sr. and Helen McCullough Smith.
He is survived by one son, Kelly Galloway of Anderson, SC; three sisters, Teresa Smith, Chandra Smith and Victoria Smith of Greenville, SC; two brothers, James Smith and Donald Smith of Greenville, SC; two grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Funeral Service: Sunday, June 27, 2021, 1:00 p.m. at Watkins, Garrett & Woods Mortuary with private interment.
