Olanders Jay Rufus Robinson

Mr. Olanders J. Rufus Robinson, 85, of Greenville, South Carolina, husband of Katherine Williams Robinson of fifty-eight years, passed away Wednesday, May 8, 2024, at his residence. Born in Laurens County, he was a son of the late Nathaniel and Lealer Rice Robinson.

Surviving, in addition to his wife:  four daughters, Kathy (Jimmie) Suber of Oxford, GA, Crissy (Tyrone) McDonald of Columbia, SC, Patricia (Randy) Kinard of Clinton, SC and Reginia (Sam) Moses of Clinton, SC; three sons, Jarome Robinson of Greenville, SC, Ronald (Patricia) Swindler of Clinton and Bobby (Cheri) Swindler of Greenville, SC; special nephew, Lamont ( Georgette) Johnson; one sister, Georgia Mae Caldwell of Enoree, SC ; seventeen grandchildren; twenty-five great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives.

 Funeral Services: Wednesday, May 15, 2024, 1:00pm, at Watkins Garrett & Woods Mortuary, with interment in Greenville Memorial Gardens.
