Mrs. Odessa Dixon, 79, passed away on Monday, January 19, 2015, at Regency Hospital of Greenville. Born in Blackshear, GA, she was the daughter of the late Samuel and Mattie Hunt Holmes.
Surviving: daughter, Maxie (Terence) Brooks of Easley; son, Darryl (Sophia) Douglas of Waycross, GA; sisters, Dorothy(Augustus) Fulton of Anchorage, AK, Shirley Griffin of Columbus, GA, and Altomease Holmes of Savannah, GA; brother, Albert (Felicia) Hunt, Jr. of Waycross, GA; and four grandchildren.
Funeral Service: Saturday, January 24, 2015, 11:00 AM, at Watkins, Garrett & Woods Mortuary, with private burial.
