Mrs. Nannie Ruth Dogan Palmer, 90, of Greenville, South Carolina, passed on Friday, February 11, 2022, at Heartland West. She was a daughter of the late Clarence and Lucy McDowell Dogan. She was married for 41 years to the late DeFoy Palmer.
Surviving: three daughters, Shirley Palmer of Alexandria, VA; Sharlyn Grigsby-Queen of Washington, DC; and Mary Lee Dennis of Bessemer, AL; two sisters, Mary Frances Dogan and Adgea (Allen) Miles both of Greenville, SC; two grandchildren, Maya (Michael) Foster and Kenan Grigsby; three great-grandchildren, Marcus Owens Cobblah, Kenia Grigsby and Naomi Grigsby; and other relatives and friends.
Funeral Service: Friday, February 18, 2022, 12:00 Noon, at Watkins Garrett & Woods Mortuary, with interment at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
