Ms. Vera B. "Wo Wo" Shaw

Ms. Vera B. “ Wo Wo” Shaw, 71, of Greenville, transitioned on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at Prisma Health Greenville Memorial Hospital. Born in Greenville County, she was the daughter of the late Jay Lawrence and Ella Mae Moore Bowens.

Surviving: one daughter, Kimberly Shaw, of Greenville SC; five sisters, Kimberly Bowens, of Greenville, SC; Miriam Jenkins, of Piedmont, SC; Lisa Young, of Taylors, SC; Bishop Mirial (Paul) Anderson, of Travelers Rest, SC; and Sylvia, two brothers, Eugene (Brenda) Copeland, of Mauldin, SC; and Ronnie Copeland, of Lyman, SC; seven grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and a host other relatives and friends.
