Ms. Kelly Hood

Ms. Kelly Hood, 63, of Piedmont, South Carolina, transitioned on Thursday, July 3, 2025, at St. Francis Hospital Downtown. Born in Greenville County she was the daughter of the late Kenneth Hood, Sr., and Carrie Ruth Hood Sullivan.

Surviving: four daughters, Carrie Kelly, of Simpsonville, SC; Monique Bowen, and Baseema (Anthony, Jr.) Butler, all of Warner Robins, GA; and Fatima (Calvin) Holmes, of Lacey, WA; one son, Glenn Hood, of Mauldin, SC; five sisters, Ernestine Leamon, of Greenville, SC; Cardury Blackwell, of Stockridgeridge, GA; Frances (William) Henderson, of Piedmont, SC; Towanda Hood, of Greenville, SC; and Vanessa (Dale) Robinson, of Simpsonville, SC; two brothers, Clayton (Tamara Buckmire) Hood, of Piedmont, SC; and La'Vaughn (Melissa) Hood, of Piedmont, SC; thirteen grandchildren, one great grandchild, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services: Saturday, August 2, 2025, 12:00pm, at Goldenview Baptist Church, with interment in Graceland East Memorial Park.
