Ms. Georgia Ann Carson

Mrs. Georgia Ann Carson, 103, of Greenville, widow of the late George Carson, transitioned on Friday, December 5, 2025, at her residence. Born in Greenville, she was a daughter of the late John and Victoria Hannah Downs.

Surviving: two daughters, Julie Ann Carson and Shirley A. Carson both of Greenville, SC; three sons, Willie L. Carson, David (Paulette) Carson both of Greenville, SC and Marvin E. Carson of the home; twenty-two grandchildren; forty-three great-grandchildren; twenty-five great-great-grandchildren; two great-great-great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services: Sunday, December 14, 2025, 1:00pm, at Watkins Garrett & Woods Mortuary, with interment in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
