Ms. Elma R. McKenzie, 83, of Greenville, transitioned on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at Greenville Post Acute. Born in Greenville County, she was the daughter of the late Peter Smith and Marie Brown.
Surviving: two daughters, Gretchen Neal, of Greenville, SC; and Karen (Charles) Benson, of Mauldin, SC; one son, Rodney (Carmella) McKenzie, of Travelers Rest, SC; one sister, Wilma Hill, of Powdersville, SC; eight grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services: Saturday, January 17, 2026, 1:00pm, at Mountain View Baptist Church, with interment in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
