Ms. Edwina "Chocolate" Daniel

Ms. Edwina “Chocolate” Daniel, 48, of Greenville, transitioned on Wednesday, August 6, 2025 at McCall Hospice. Born in Charleston, she was the daughter of Jesse Daniel, Sr., and the late Irene Jones Daniel.

Surviving, in addition to her father: two daughters, Shameia Rosier and Miya Black both of Greenville, SC; one sister, Topeaka Massey of Greenville; god sister Tyana Black of Greenville, SC; two brothers, Christopher (Kim) Daniel of Atlanta,GA and Jesse (Tamadra) Daniel, Jr. of Savannah, GA; god brothers, Toree Black and Terry Black both of Greenville, SC; godmother and caregiver, Lisa Black of the home; three grandchildren, Zakaden Lee Black, Antwan Matthew Field and Janasia Meria Field; and a host of relatives and friends.
