Ms. Edith Mahaffey Beeks

Ms. Edith Mahaffey Beeks, 93, of Greenville, transitioned on Monday, September 8, 2025, at her residence. Born in Piedmont, she was the daughter of the late William and Olivia Burts Mahaffey.

Surviving: three sons, Rodney Edwards Beeks, Marvin Raynard Beeks, and Ronald Earl Beeks, all of the home; one sister, Patricia (Frank) Wright, of Piedmont, SC; six grandchildren; seven great – grandchildren; one great-great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services: Friday, September 12, 2025, 2:00pm at Watkins, Garrett & Woods Mortuary, with interment in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
