Mrs. Carolyn Ellison Williams

Mrs. Carolyn Ellison Williams, 76, of Greenville, transitioned on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at St. Francis Hospital Downtown. Born in Greenville County, she was the daughter of Bettye Ellison Nelson, and the late Lee Maxwell.

Surviving: two daughters, Becky “Nikki” Wiiliams, and Blair Williams, both of Greenville, SC; one son, Jamuel Williams, of Greenville, SC; three sisters, Linda (Roosevelt) Boozer, and Brenda (Wallace) McClinton, all of Abbeville, SC; Eunice Johnson, of Greenville, SC; one brother, Michael (Stephanie) Ellison, of Columbia, SC; three grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services: Friday, March 20, 2026, 1:00pm, at Mt. View Baptist Church, with interment in Greenville Memorial Gardens.
