Ms. Betty Jean Hopkins-Leonard

Ms. Betty Jean Hopkins-Leonard 79 of Mauldin, South Carolina passed away Saturday, November 23, 2024. Born in Greenville County, South Carolina, she was a daughter of the late Ross Garrett Hopkins and Ruby Babb-Hopkins. 

Surviving: a daughter, Tracie (Stanley) Henderson of Mauldin, SC; a son Donny Leonard of Simpsonville, SC and their father, Henry James Leonard; five sisters, Carrie Moon, Jeanette (Anthony) Warnex, Sarah Chapman, Ann Hopkins and Gladys Hopkins, all of Greenville, SC; four brothers, Henry Hopkins, James Hopkins, John Hopkins and Tommy (Sylvia) Hopkins, all of Greenville, SC; five grandchildren, Tyrone (Teckla) Henderson, Sharia (Lawrence) Williams, Donny Jr. Leonard, Tyra Leonard and Jaquana (Jeramie) Hill Haynes; eight great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services: Monday, December 2, 2024, 1:00pm, at Watkins Garrett & Woods Mortuary, with interment in Greenville Memorial Gardens.
