Mrs. Nellie Doris Henderson Darden

Ms. Nellie Doris Henderson Darden, 100, of Simpsonville, transitioned on Friday, March 13, 2026, at her residence. Born in Greenville County, she was the daughter of the late Roosevelt and Nancy Dixon Henderson.

Surviving: two daughters, Lonnie Joyce Mosley, of Simpsonville, SC; and Connie Cecil, of Piedmont, SC; two sons, Roger Keith Henderson, of Taylors, SC; and Guy (Satira) Darden, Jr., of Newbern, NC; ten grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, thirty great-great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Sunday, March 22, 2026, 2:00pm, at Poplar Springs Missionary Baptist Church, with interment in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
