Mrs. Myrtle Frances Holmes

Mrs. Myrtle Holmes, 82, of Greenville, widow of the late David Marcelles Holmes transitioned on Thursday, June 19, 2025, at St. Francis Hospital Downtown. Born in Travelers Rest, South Carolina, she was a daughter of Jeremiah and Chaney McKinney Gray.

Surviving: Darlene (Sidney) DuBose of Farmington Hills, MI, Dana Holmes of Warren MI, Donita Holmes of Eastpoint, MI and Dea (Earnest) Weathers, Harrison Township, MI; two sisters, Telora McGowan of Travelers Rest, SC and Linda (Choise) Murray of Houston, Texas; one brother, Arthur Lee (Sharon) Gray of Greenville, SC ; four grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
