Mrs. Mae Frances "Big Ma" Oglesby

Mrs. Mae Frances “Big Ma” Oglesby, 85, of Greenville, widow of the late Clearance Gene Oglesby. Born in Greenville, she was a daughter of the late Clarence and Zealener Seales Fair.

Surviving: four daughters, Loretta (Hebert) Smith, Anita Hagood, Vivian (Almanus) Farr all of Greenville, SC and Cynthia Oglesby of the home; four sisters, Sarah Dendy, Maurice (Reverend Charles) Hampton, Ernestine (Clyde) Greene and Louise Austin all of Greenville, SC; one brother, Steve (Glynis) Fair of Greenville, SC; twenty-four grandchildren; thirty-eight great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral Service: Saturday, July 5, 2025, 2:00pm at United House of Prayer for all People with interment on Monday, July 7, 2025 in Greenville Memorial Gardens.
