Mrs. Loretta Lane 64, widow of the late Randy Lee Lane, transitioned on Tuesday April 20, 2026 at St. Francis Hospital, Downtown. She was a daughter of the late John William and Laura Mae Sherman.
Surviving: one daughter, Osha Lane of Aiken, SC; one son, David Lane of Simpsonville, SC; four sisters, Valerie Sherman of Greenville, SC, Shirley Cruel, Susan Daniels and Doris (John) Choice all of Travelers Rest, SC; two brothers, Luther Sherman and Jerry (Rebecca) Sherman both of Travelers Rest, SC; one grandchild, Skarlette Lane; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Service: Wednesday, April 29, 2026, 1:00pm, Watkins, Garrett and Woods Mortuary with interment private.
