Mrs. Kathy Makins "Kat" Grady

Mrs. Kathy Makins “Kat” Grady 61, of Ft. Inn, wife to Derrick Grady, transitioned on Sunday April 5, 2026 at her residence. Born in Greenville County, she was the daughter of the late Benjamin Furman Makins and Nell Johnson Makins.

Surviving: in addition to her husband, of the home, two daughters, Brittany McBee, of Atlanta, GA; and Brandi Grady, of Charlotte, NC; two sisters, Rebecca (Walt) Wilson, of Greenville, SC; and Teresa Makins, of Atlanta, GA; one grandson, Jamari Rousseau, and a host of other relatives and friends. 

Funeral Services: Wednesday, April 15, 2026, 2:30pm, at Bethlehem Baptist Church, with interment private.
