Mrs. Frances Dukes Holley

Mrs. Frances Dukes Holley, 87, of Pickens, South Carolina, widow of the late Carlton A. Holley, Sr., transitioned on Wednesday, December 24, 2025, at her residence. Born in Pickens, she was a daughter of the late James P. Sr., and Ella Rogers Dukes.

Surviving: one son, Carlton (Mary Jo) Holley, Jr. of Pickens, SC; one daughter, Ellen (Reggie) Small of Greenville, SC; five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
