Mrs. Frances Dukes Holley, 87, of Pickens, South Carolina, widow of the late Carlton A. Holley, Sr., transitioned on Wednesday, December 24, 2025, at her residence. Born in Pickens, she was a daughter of the late James P. and Ella Rogers Dukes.
Surviving: one son, Carlton (Mary Jo) Holley, Jr. of Pickens, SC; one daughter, Ellen (Reggie) Small of Greenville, SC; five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services: Sunday, January 4, 2026, 1:00pm, at Griffin Ebenezer Baptist Church, with interment in Secona Cemetery, Easley SC.
