Mrs. Ellen C. Mangle, 73, of Piedmont, widow of Reverend Leroy Mangle, transitioned Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at McCall Hospice House. Born in Greenville County, she was the daughter of the late John Willie and Elizabeth Croft Carter.
Surviving: two daughters, Valencia Davis, of Piedmont, SC; and Tameka (Hosea) Thomas, of Anderson, SC; two sons, Keith Mangle, of Ft. Inn, SC; and Jamarcus (Angie) Mangle, of Seattle, WA; one sister, Queen Black, of Mauldin, SC; ten grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services: Saturday, October 31, 2026, 12:00pm, at Valley Brook Outreach Church, with interment in Poplar Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.
