Mrs. Delois S. McArthur

Mrs. Delois S. Walker McArthur, 72 of Greenville, wife of John McArthur, transitioned on Thursday, August 28, 2025 at her residence. Born in Lauren County, South Carolina, she was a daughter of the late Claude and Willie Mae Johnson Walker.

Surviving, in addition to her husband: one daughter, Maria McArthur of Estill, SC; three bonus sons, John Michael McArthur, IV, James McArthur and Darrell McArthur all of West Chester, NY; four sisters, Rose Marie (Stanley) Harris, Virginia Ann Spills, Bessie Mae Walker and Mary Walker all of Greenville, SC; two brothers, Jessie James Walker of Asheville, NC and James Edward Walker of Savannah, GA; six bonus grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephew and other relatives and friends.
