Mrs. Deborah Ann Sloan, 77, wife of James Henry Sloan, Sr., transitioned on Monday February 2, 2026, at her residence. Born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, she was a daughter of the Nathanial Wayne and Mildred Eleanor Holliday Smith.
Surviving, in addition to her husband: two daughters, Reginia Henry and Renee Henry both of Greenville, SC; three sons, Christopher James Sloan and James Henry Sloan, Jr. both of Greenville, SC and Jonathan Benjamin Sloan of Spartanburg, SC; one sister, Jocelyn Sherman of Greenville, SC; one brother, Wayne (Sandy) Smith of Philadelphia, PA; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services: Saturday, February 14, 2026, 3:30pm at Watkins, Garrett and Woods Mortuary with interment on Friday, February 20, 2026, 1:00pm at M J Dolly Cooper Veteran Cemetery.
