Mr. Willie James Salter, 76, of Greenville, South Carolina, transitioned on Wednesday, January 29, 2025 at Prisma Health Greenville Memorial Hospital. Born in Greenville, he was a son of the late Nevion and Jessie Lee Latimore Salter.
Surviving: two sisters, Sarah Smith of Greenville, SC and Mary Madelene Rodgers of Gaffney, SC; two brothers, Charles Salter of Greenville, SC and Johnny Salter of the home; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Viewing Only: Wednesday, February 12, 2025, 2:00pm - 7:00pm, at Watkins Garrett & Woods Mortuary, with interment private.
