Surviving, in addition to his parents: two sisters, Sondesiya McHerring of Atlanta, GA and Samone McHerring of Greenville, SC; two brothers, David Nelson, Jr. and Anthony Nelson both of Atlanta, GA; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services: Monday, August 3, 2026, 2:00pm, at Watkins, Garrett and Woods Mortuary with interment in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
