Mr. William L. "Go Go" Griffin

Mr. William L. "Go Go" Griffin, 81, of Greenville, transitioned on Friday, August 29, 2025, at Prisma Health Greenville Memorial Hospital. Born in Greenville County, he was the son of the late Golden and Mary Griffin.

Surviving: two daughters, Chevee (Joseph) Barr, of Hillsborough, NC, and Amy (Jerge) Pollard, of Greenville, SC; one son, William (Shakeia) Griffin, II, of Greenville, SC; three sisters, Beatrice Scurry, and Janie Bell Suber, both of Greenville, SC, and Angela White of Kings Mountain, NC; three brothers, Sammy (Angela) Griffin, Rory Griffin, both of Greenville, SC; and Anthony White, of Kings Mountain, NC; nine grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Memorial Service: Friday, September 5, 2025, 1:00pm, at Watkins, Garrett & Woods Mortuary, with interment private.
