Mr. Theodore Vonzel Mickens, 72, of Greenville, South Carolina, husband of Gwendolyn Stewart Mickens of forty-two years, passed on Tuesday, November 5, 2024 at his residence. Born in Perry, Florida, he was a son of the late Theodore Mickens, Sr. and Inniese McCray Coward.
Surviving in addition to his wife; two daughters, Janice (Greg) Fant and Victoria (Jason) Bobo both of Greenville, SC; four sons, Angelo (Natoya) Mickens of Tampa, Fl, Joseph L. Fluellen and Lavoris “Tony” Grispy both of Greenville, SC and Damon Hines of Chesapeake, VA; one sister, Tammy Brown of Miami, FL; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services: Saturday, November 16, 2024, 11:00am at Isreal Metropolitan CME Church with interment in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
