Mr. Stanley V. Sweeney

Mr. Stanley V. Sweeney, 71, of Greenville, transitioned, Saturday October 3, 2026, at his residence. He was a son of the late Herbert and Bessie Evans Sweeney.

Surviving: one daughter, Stanquetta (Faith) Walters of Georgia; one son, Justin (Shannon) Jones of Greenville, SC; two sisters, Kathy Dickey of Greenville, SC and Hattie Jones of Fountain Inn, SC; two brothers, Freddie Sweeney of Los Vegas, NV and Alvin Sweeney of Greenville, SC; six grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral Service: Saturday, October 10, 2026, 3:30pm, at Watkins, Garrett and Woods Mortuary with interment private.
