Mr. Sims "June" Goodlett, III

Mr. Sims “June” Goodlett, III, 85, of Greenville, husband to the late Iola A. Goodlett, transitioned on Wednesday, April 8, 2026 at his residence. Born in Greenville County, he was the son of the late Sims Goodlett, Jr., and Christine Burnside Goodlett.

Surviving: three sons, Terry Goodlett, of Greer, SC; Rory Goodlett, and Jason Goodlett, both of Greenville, SC; three sisters, Carol (Victor) Austin, and Christine (Reginald) Pearson, both of Mauldin, SC; and Margaret Burts, of Greenville, SC; five grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and a host of other relatives and friends. 

Funeral Services: Saturday, April 18, 2026, 1:00pm, at Gethsemane Baptist Church, with interment in Church Cemetery.
