Mr. Saleem Shabazz, 96, of Greenville, transitioned on Thursday, June 26, 2026, at his residence. Born in Williamston, SC; he was the son of the late Walter and Bertha Conley Hawkins.
Surviving: one daughter, Karen (Lewis Duckett) Hawkins, of Greenville, SC; four grandchildren, eight great - grandchildren, twelve great-great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Graveside Service: Wednesday, July 1, 2026, 3:00pm, at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
