Deacon Roosevelt Baker, 87, of Easley, South Carolina, widower of the late Mrs. Tecora Blake Baker, passed away Monday, January 6, 2025, at St. Francis Hospital Downtown. Born in Greenville, South Carolina, he was a son of the late Willie H. and Maggie Walker Baker. He was the last surviving member of his immediate family.
Surviving: one daughter, Sharon (James) Campbell of Easley, SC; one son, Daniel (Tina) Baker of Cumming, GA; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation: Wednesday, January 15, 2025, 6:00pm - 7:30pm, at Watkins Garrett & Woods Mortuary.
Funeral Services: Thursday, January 16, 2025, 1:00pm, at Easley Union Missionary Baptist Church, with interment in the New Foundation Missionary Baptist Church.
