Mr. Robert Barber, Jr.

Mr. Robert "Pookie" Barber, Jr. 69, of Greenville, transitioned on Monday, December 1, 2025, at Self Regional Hospital. Born in Greenville County, he was the son of the late Robert Barber, Sr, and Lurlean Barber.

Surviving: one son, Jameel R. Chalmers, of Greenville; three sisters, Ann Barber, Cynthia Hill, and Fecia Griffin, all of Greenville, SC; two brothers, Randy Barber, of Greenville, SC; and Ralph Barber, of Texas. three grandchildren; one great grandchild; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Memorial Service: Sunday, December 14, 2025, 4:00pm, at Watkins, Garrett and Woods Mortuary with internment private burial.
