Mr. Charles Rayford Cato, 94, of Greenville, South Carolina, passed away Monday, November 18, 2024, at his residence. Born in McCormick, SC, he was the son of the late William and Rosa Lee Gilbert Cato.
Surviving: two daughters, Angie Cato, and Cheryl Renee Cato, both of Greenville, SC; two sons, Glover Isaiah Cato, and Charles Rayford Cato, both of Greenville, SC; three sisters, Johnnie Mae Gray, of Chicago, IL; Rosa Cato, of Columbia, SC; and Eleanor Cato, of Greenville, SC; five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services: Saturday, November 23, 2024, 1:00pm, at Watkins Garrett & Woods Mortuary, with interment in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
