Mr. Nelson Gonzales Concepcion

Mr. Nelson Gonzalez Concepcion, 65, of Wellford, South Carolina, transitioned on Saturday, October 24, 2026 at Spartanburg Regional Hospice. Born in Dominican Republic, he was a son of Temitocles and Sophia Concepcion.

Surviving in addition to his parents: his companion of 18 years, Sherry Young of the home; one daughter, Takara Concepcion of Charlotte, NC; two sons, Santiago (Emily) Concepcion and Xavier Concepcion both of Welford, SC; two sisters, Melody (Anthony) Santos, and Aravely (Terry) Darco both of Orlando, FL; one brother, Marcus Concepcion of North Carolina; four grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.

A Celebration of life will be held at a later date.
