Mr. Johnny Dewayne Thompson

Mr. Johnny Dewayne Thompson, 64, of Greenville, transitioned on December 23, 2025. Born in Anderson, he was a son of the late Aaron Gear and Louise Thompson Chester.

Surviving: one daughter, Keisha Sullivan of the home; one son, Brandon Turner of Greenville, SC; two sisters, Tracie Chester and Myra Chester both of Greenville, SC; two brothers, Rodriques Chester of Greenville, SC and Grover (Ruby) Chester of Honea Path, SC; three grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services: Saturday, January 10, 2025, 4:00pm, at Watkins Garrett & Woods Mortuary, with interment private.
